San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District is making strides to engage its students in learning every day.

San Marcos CISD has nearly 8,000 students enrolled between its high school, two middle schools and six elementary schools according to the district’s website.

Here is a quick look at what SMCISD students and staff were up to the week of July 14 thru July 20.

On July 16, SMCISD announced Bonham Pre-K is registering for the 2019-2020 school year. All students must be 4 by September 1st. Free breakfast and lunch for all students.

Bonham began registration on July 18th on campus. Registration hours are 8:00 – 12:00 and 1:00 – 4:00, Monday through Thursday.

Items needed for registration:
• Birth certificate
• Shot records
• Proof of residence
• Proof of income or SNAP or Medicaid
• Social security card
• Parent identification

If a child does not qualify for Bonham, a tuition-based (approximately $390 a month) program is available. Please call the front office at 512-393-6031 if there are any questions.

Back to School information is now available on the San Marcos CISD website and San Marcos CISD app! See images below for the 2019-2020 School Supply List, Academic Calendar, and Back to School Night dates. Parents can download and print copies of the documents below.

However, there was a schedule change for Rattler Round-Up at SMHS due to our 1:1 technology roll-out. The HS has extended the times of Rattler Round-Up for Aug. 20th & 21st. Rattler Round-Up will be available for all students, 9th through 12th grade.
