Ace Relocation Systems, a nationwide moving company with an office and warehouse in southeastern San Marcos, invites members of the business community to join them the evening of Thursday, March 23. It is the official grand opening of the business to the public, but it is intended as an open house, mixer and community event.
General Manager, Aaron Hummel: “we are very proud to be members of this community. Most of us here are lifelong residents of the area and we’re happy to have been able to build a state-of-the art facility here. We’d like to show our appreciation to the people and businesses of San Marcos who have supported us with a fun event of food, drink and music.”
On tap for the evening include a ribbon cutting by the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce, a large spread from San Marcos BBQ, and great music from local musicians Manzy Lowry, Mark Jungers and Shad Blair.
In attendance will be San Marcos Mayor Pro Tem, Jane Hughson; San Marcos Council Member, Melissa Derrick; Hays County Commissioner, Debbie Ingalsbe; Hays County Commissioner, Will Conley, and other dignitaries, including those from the Chamber of Commerce and the Greater San Marcos Partnership, who have helped to organize and promote the event for the community.
Proceeds and fundraising that night will benefit San Marcos School Fuel, who provides meals to over 550 students in the area who have a high risk of little or no food at home.
The event will be held Thursday, March 23 from 5:30 to 8:00 at Ace Relocation Systems, 2312 S. Old Bastrop Hwy. For more information or to RSVP, call or email Aaron Hummel – 512-781-7004 and you can contact by email ahummel@acerelocation.com
