Aggravated Assault Suspect Arrested At Nephew’s

San Marcos Police Department have arrested a 26-year-old man as of early Saturday morning.

Andrew Sanders, 26, was reported to have the fled the establishment when police arrived. Witnesses reported the suspect was seen with a gun in his possession.

Sanders was caught by police without incident and has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
