UPDATE: APD Seeking Public’s Help Locating A Missing 11-Year-Old Boy

According to APD,  11-year-old Elijah Thornton has been returned home.

No other information is available at this time.

 

PREVIOUS:

Austin Police Department Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile, 11-year-old Elijah Thornton. The initial investigation shows he was last seen playing outside his apartment at 7227 E. Hwy 290 and walked off in an unknown direction. APD is concerned about their safety due to their young age.

Elijah is described as: 

  • Black male
  • 5’0″
  • 100 lbs.
  • Black hair
  • Brown eyes

Last seen wearing:

  • Yellow shirt
  • Red basketball shorts
  • Purple sneakers

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1.
