KYLE, TEXAS – Kyle Economic Development announced today that Athlete Performance Solutions has officially opened in the Hays Commerce Center.
Athlete Performance Solutions specializes in creating, marketing and selling custom athletic footwear, apparel, accessories and other promotional goods including customized sports apparel for the Olympics and numerous international sports federations.
The company also maintains a robust in-house printing capacity for creating customized orders.
The City of Kyle Economic Development began discussions with Owner Eddie Brown in November 2017.
The company broke ground in the Hays Commerce Center in 2018 and Athlete Performance Solutions was officially issued a Certificate of Occupancy in October 2020.
“We are very proud to call Kyle our home,” Brown said. “The City of Kyle made me feel like they wanted our company here and their entire team was committed to making the process as easy as possible. This location made sense in working with our shipping partners and having a young, educated population centered so close to our facility, has proven to be very helpful in recruiting our staff.”
Brown has also joined the City of Kyle Economic Development and Tourism Board to promote, assist, and enhance economic development and tourism activities in the City of Kyle.
“Small-to-mid-size businesses like Athlete Performance Solutions are the heartbeat of both emerging and developed economies and they play an incredibly important part when it comes to having a stable, sustainable and diverse local economy,” Kyle Economic Development Director Diana Blank-Torres said. “We are thrilled they have joined our thriving business community.”
Athlete Performance Solutions is located at 370 Gateway Boulevard in Kyle.
