Bad Seed Opens At The Price Center

The production marks the 5th season of the Black Diamond Cabaret Theatre’s fall productions at the Price Center.   

San Marcos, TX –  The Price Center is the place to be this Thursday night for the opening of the Black Diamond Cabaret Theatre’s presentation of The Bad Seed.

The classic 1950s black and white thriller based on a story by Maxwell Anderson is considered an icon in the suspense thriller genre and will run through Nov. 5 with both evening and matinee performances.

The production marks the 5th season of the Black Diamond Cabaret Theatre’s fall productions at the Price Center.   

In a nod to the era and genre, the stylish new production features an all black and white set and costumes. Audiences of all ages will enjoy this dark story of a “typical young couple” with an eight-year-old daughter living a charmed and happy life that is not what it seems.

 In addition to opening night, performances will be offered Sat., Oct. 28 at 2:30 and 7:30 p.m.; Sun., Oct. 29 at 2:30 p.m.; Fri., Nov. 3 at 7:3- p.m.; Sat. Nov. 2 at 2:30 and 7:30 p.m.;  and Sun. Nov. 5 at 2:30 p.m.
