Baylor Scott & White Health Opens Clinic In Kyle

New clinic is first in Hays County for the state’s largest not-for-profit health care system.

Baylor Scott & White Health today announces the grand opening of its new primary care clinic in Kyle, Texas. Construction has been completed on the facility, and the clinic opened its doors to serve Hays County residents beginning Oct. 9.

The clinic in Kyle is the first Baylor Scott & White location in Hays County. The largest not-for-profit health care system in Texas also recently opened Austin-area clinics in Travis and Williamson counties and is constructing a medical center in Pflugerville.

“As a resident of Kyle, I can definitely attest to the excitement felt here about the opening,” said Jonathan Robinson, manager of clinic operations, Baylor Scott & White Clinic – Kyle. “The new facility will allow us to serve even more Central Texans in a variety of ways, offering the community a new primary care clinic that’s close to home.”

Baylor Scott & White has a long-standing history of providing quality medical care to residents and families in Central Texas, including four medical centers and more than 20 clinics in Travis and Williamson counties.

“Patients receiving medical care when and where they need it remains at the forefront of our minds as we’re selecting and planning new clinic sites,” said Colleen Sundquist, Regional Vice President, Clinic Operations, Baylor Scott & White – Austin / Round Rock Region. “Kyle is the perfect community for us to introduce our trusted model of quality, convenient care.”

“Baylor Scott & White’s integrated model of care is something that makes us truly unique,” said Katrina Gordon, MD, family medicine practitioner at Baylor Scott & White Clinic – Kyle. “Our multidisciplinary team approach to patient care allows us to be efficient while also providing a seamless and individualized experience for each patient.”
