Bill Miller BBQ Opens Its Doors To San Marcos

Bill Miller BBQ officially opened the doors of its San Marcos Location this morning at 6 AM.

The new location, which can be found at 3928 S Interstate Hwy 35, near Centerpoint Road, is the business’s 74th restaurant overall and the second in Hays County.

Bill Miller BBQ CEO and President, Jim Guy Egbert, said he is excited to open the doors to their San Marcos Community.

“The people of San Marcos have been asking us for a location for a long time,” said Egbert. “They want their breakfast tacos, fried chicken, barbecue, fresh pies, and, of course… sweet tea!”

The business’s hours are 6 AM to 9 PM and 6 AM to 9:30 PM for the drive-thru. The restaurant will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony on June 20th at 11 AM.

Founded in 1953 in San Antonio, Tx., Bill Miller is a family owned and operated company with locations in San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi, San Marcos and surrounding areas. Bill Miller is now in their 66th year of operation and looks to expand with more locations to come in 2019.
