BREAKING: Hays County Judge Arrested on Suspicion Of Driving While Intoxicated

On Monday, May 26, 2015 at approximately 11:30 p.m., a Hays County Deputy Sheriff initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle located on IH 35 near the 213-mile marker.  The officer conducted a roadside investigation and interview of the driver.  The driver was arrested based upon the officer’s probable cause suspicion of Driving While Intoxicated, a Class B Misdemeanor.
 
The driver was identified as – David Scott Glickler – White/Male – 46 years of age.
 
David Scott Glickler currently serves as Judge, County Court at Law #2 in Hays County.
