Buda and Kyle have been named as two of ‘The 10 Best Austin Suburbs For 2018.’

The growth throughout the “Innovation Corridor” and Hays County isn’t a secret with area locals, but in a recent study Buda ranked #6 and Kyle #9 as “The 10 Best Austin Suburbs For 2018.”

The study was compiled by HomeSnacks.net, who used a 30-mile radius around Austin and also took into effect the unemployment rate, household income, home values, education and poverty (see full list below).

HomeSnacks.net used information gathered from the latest American Community Survey data (2012-2016) from the U.S. Census Bureau.

HomeSnacks used the following criteria to determine their rankings:
