The City of Buda announced Wednesday, January 30, the Area Agency on Aging of the Capital Area’s latest program, which will be hosted at the Municipal Building.
The Area Agency on Aging of the Capital Area is offering a free Chronic Pain Self-Management Program. The program starts on Thursday, March 7, and will take place every Thursday through April 11 from 9 AM to 11:30 AM.

The program was developed at Stanford University.
Registration is required, but the class is free.
Those interested in participating can register for the program on the Capital Area Council of Governments’ website. As of early Wednesday afternoon, the class had 13 seats left.
