Buda Planning & Zoning To Discuss, Take Possible Action On New Water, Wastewater Impact Fees

Buda Planning & Zoning will be holding a workshop, discussion and possible action regarding a draft Impact Fee Report in association with the development of water and wastewater impact fees.

The City of Buda Planning & Zoning Commission, the Impact Fee Advisory Committee and the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee will be holding a workshop, and discussion and possibly taking action regarding a draft Impact Fee Report in association with the development of water and wastewater impact fees.

F. WORKSHOP AS THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE (IMPACT FEE ADVISORY COMMITTEE) The Planning & Zoning Commission, meeting as the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee for the purpose of Impact Fee development, and with supplemental member Lori Bible, to consider the following:
