Buda Planning & Zoning To Hear Details On Proposed Water, Wastewater Impact Fee

This week Buda Planning and Zoning will be receiving a presentation on the newly proposed Water and Wastewater Impact Fee Update and the five year Capital Improvement Project Plan

This week Buda Planning and Zoning will be receiving a presentation on the new proposed Water and Wastewater Impact Fee Update and a five year Capital Improvement Project Plan.

Buda Planning & Zoning will hear a presentation on the newly proposed Water and Wastewater Impact Fees. Freese & Nichols, Inc., a consulting firm, on planning, design and manage public infrastructure projects, will be giving the presentation.

The Planning & Zoning Commission, meeting as the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee for the purpose of Impact Fee development, and with supplemental member Lori Bible, to consider the following: Workshop regarding impact fee basics, water and wastewater impact fee process, land use assumptions and next steps in the development of water and wastewater impact fees. 

Item H. 1.

Review and provide recommendations to the City Council on the draft Fiscal Years 2018-2022 Capital Improvements Plan.
