Buda Releases Rabies Alert

On July 17, 2017, a dead bat was found in the 200 block of Sequoyah at approximately 6:00 pm on the ground near the roadway. The bat was untestable for rabies due to decomposition. As a precaution the state treats these types of cases as a positive rabies case.
