Buda Trail Of Lights Kicks Off The Season

Our Parks and Recreation crew made several of the displays and there is something for everyone.

Buda Trail of Lights kicks off later this week! We can’t wait to see you there. Trail of Lights is a free holiday event held at Historic Stagecoach Park.

Our Parks and Recreation crew made several of the displays and there is something for everyone. You can also come out to see the thousands of lights put up by local businesses and organizations.

The kiddos can take a pic with Santa and Mrs. Claus and you can roast marsh mellows at our camp fire, sip hot cocoa and eat other festive food to get you in the holiday spirit! The trail runs December 8-9 and December 14-17 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Get all the details of www.ci.buda.tx.us/trailoflights.

Parking is free and located at Cabela’s in their parking lot. Buses (including ADA buses) will transport you to the Historic Stagecoach Park.

Senior Night is Thursday, December 7 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Senior citizens and their families can enjoy a trolly ride through the trail of lights a day before it opens to the crowd. Join us prior at the Senior Citizen Center for holiday eats and treats and meet Santa. From there you will get on a bus that will transport you to the trail. Please RSVP to the Buda Parks Department by calling 512-295-7170.

Hot beverages and concessions will be provided by Santa Cruz Catholic School, Project Graduation and the Boy Scouts. Be sure to stop by their booth to purchase tasty drinks and snacks!

Note: We do not allow pets at this event.
