Budafest To Cause Road Closures

It’s that time of year; with Thanksgiving tomorrow, Budafest is right around the corner.

During Budafest we will shut down a portion of Main St. A portion of Ash St., Elm St., and San Antonio St. will also be closed.

There will be FREE parking for the event in the lot behind City Park.

Saturday, Dec. 2 – 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

· Main St. will be closed between FM 967 and San Antonio St.

· Ash St., Elm St., and San Antonio St. will be closed between Main And Austin St.

· FM 967 will remain open.

Detour to Main St. and FM 967 (East on Main St. from I-35) – Take Main St. (Loop 4) and detour left on Railroad St. Take a right on Houston St., a right on Main Street, and then a left on FM 967.

Detour (West) to Main Street: Take Main Street and then detour right to Houston Street. Go over the railroad tracks and then turn left on Railroad St. Take Railroad St. to Main St. and then turn right on Main St. towards I-35.

Overnight ( Dec. 2 starting at 9:00 PM to Sun. Dec 3 at 8:00 a.m.)

· Main St. will be closed between FM 967 and San Antonio St.

· Ash St. and Elm St. will be closed between Main And Austin St.
(San Antonio Street will re-open in the overnight hours)

· FM 967 will remain open.

Sunday, Dec. 3 – 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (closures the same as Saturday)

· Main St. will be closed between FM 967 and San Antonio St.

· Ash St., Elm St., and San Antonio St. will be closed between Main And Austin St

· FM 967 will remain open.
