Buda’s Annual Christmas Trail Of Lights At Stagecoach Park Set To Open

Buda’s annual Christmas Trail of Lights is a free holiday event that features lighted and decorated displays that are provided by local businesses and organizations.

Visitors are able to walk the lighted trail in the park to view the dazzling exhibits, sip hot chocolate, and meet Santa himself.

Parking: Parking for this event will be at Cabela’s and attendees will be shuttled to Stagecoach Park. The parking lot at Buda City Hall (405 E. Loop St.) will also be open for parking and you can walk to Stagecoach Park from there. Keep in mind that parking will fill up fast. We recommend taking the shuttle.

For those who are handicapped, or can’t walk long distances, the city plans to have golf carts available at the trail and will drive you along the trail.

You do not need to make accommodations ahead of time.

If you want to use a wheelchair on the trail, you can. Please be aware that it is a granite trail and is a mile and a half long. The path is 10 feet wide. If you have additional questions regarding handicap service, please call Recreation Program Coordinator Shelby Fletcher at 512-523-1081.
