CARTS Offering Free Rides to Polling Locations

SAN MARCOS – CARTS is offering free rides to polling locations on Nov. 1 for early voting and on Election Day, Nov. 8.

The routes to early voting and Election Day polling locations are:

Early Voting-Nov. 1

Hays County Government Center Conference Room
7 a.m.-7 p.m.
Route 1-Hopkins/Wonder World (Crosstown) East – Stop on Stagecoach near Dutton – is a flag stop

Hays County Health Department
401 A Broadway
7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Route 5 – Outlets/University
Stops along Broadway- All stops are flag stops and can pick up anywhere

Election Day – Nov. 8

· Dunbar Center – 801 Mlk Dr – Route 7
· Hays Co. Health Department – 401 A Broadway – Route 5
· San Marcos Housing, Cm Allen Homes – 820 Sturgeon – Route 4
· Hernandez Elementary School – 333 Stagecoach – Route 1 West
· Crockett Elementary School – 1300 Girard St. – Route 7
· Brookdale-Horizon Bay @ San Marcos – 1720 Old R.R.12 – Route 5
· Allenwood Homes – 1201 Thorpe Lane – Route 2 or 3
