Conley Car Wash And Express Lube – San Marcos SOLD

Submitted to Corridor News

To Valued Customers, Employees, and Friends,

I write today to inform you, our customers, employees and community – that Conley Enterprises has sold our carwash and express lube facility at 1200 Thorpe Lane in San Marcos. Our last day of operating the San Marcos site will be December 24, 2015. The buyer is The Wash Tub of San Antonio, who did so through an unsolicited offer. They intend to operate a new car wash and express lube at this location beginning next year. Conley Enterprises will still own and operate our current businesses in Wimberley and Kyle.

We at Conley do not take this decision lightly. The San Marcos location is where we first began our business. It is where we took a raw piece of land and turned it into a successful business for fifteen years, living our American dream; where we built thousands of relationships with employees and members of our great community; where we were able to raise thousands of dollars for non-profits. It was our gateway to being part of the small business community in San Marcos and Hays County.

Rest assured that Conley Enterprises and the Conley family will remain invested and involved in San Marcos and the greater Hays County area. We look forward to growing our existing businesses in Kyle and Wimberley, while also looking for new business opportunities in our community.

In closing, we would like to thank everyone – our customers, all employees and members of our great community, for supporting us over the past fifteen years at our San Marcos location.  We look forward to future endeavors of our family company and ask for your continued support as we move forward.

Sincerely,

Will Conley

President, Conley Enterprises
