Conn’s HomePlus To Open Its First San Marcos Store

“We are a Texas company and are proud to open another Texas store in San Marcos,” said Norm Miller, Conn’s Chairman and CEO.

Conn’s HomePlus will open its first store in San Marcos on March 23. The new 34,874 square-foot store is located at 917 Tx-80 in the Sanmar Plaza. Conn’s will celebrate the store’s grand opening on Saturday, April 7.

The Houston-based specialty retailer of furniture, mattresses, home appliances and consumer electronics reports the store will create approximately 20 jobs.

With the addition of the San Marcos store, Conn’s will have 118 stores in 14 states. A key component of Conn’s continued success is the YES MONEY in-store credit program that offers customers the chance to purchase high quality goods at a low monthly payment they can afford, even if they’ve been turned down other places.

“We are a Texas company and are proud to open another Texas store in San Marcos,” said Norm Miller, Conn’s Chairman and CEO. “We are grateful to our customers who have helped us grow as a company for 128 years, and we are excited to bring our history, our story and our great customer service to the San Marcos community.”
