San Marcos, Texas – Corridor Title announced key milestones as it celebrated its 10th anniversary, taking this opportunity to underline its long-term commitment to San Marcos, and the Austin-San Antonio Corridor.
“My colleagues and I are extremely excited to celebrate our first ten years in business, and to continue laying the groundwork for decades more service to San Marcos and the Central Texas Region,” said Corridor Title’s Founder and President, Patrick Rose. “Over the years we have grown the right way — by prioritizing our valued clients, investing in our valued colleagues, and entering each market we serve with a long-term view.”
Founded in October 2010 with 4 employees, Corridor Title now maintains offices in Austin, Dripping Springs, San Marcos, and New Braunfels, and their 53-person team is highly regarded as leaders in the title industry across both commercial and residential market segments.
As a testament to its long-term view, and simultaneous with its anniversary on October 26, Corridor Title will announce several key milestones — a new logo, a redesigned website, and the groundbreaking of 1608 W. 5th Street, which will be the location for its Austin Flagship Office, with an opening planned for January 2022. “Our reimagined logo and new website reflect the company we’ve become while embracing our roots in Hays County. And we could not be more excited to announce the future home of our Austin operations on West 5th Street,” said Rose.
Locally owned and headquartered, Corridor Title is an independent title agent serving the Central Texas region through offices in Austin, Dripping Springs, San Marcos, and New Braunfels.
Now ten years old, Corridor Title has grown quickly but prudently within the region, maintains a staff of 53 industry professionals, and is the second-largest locally owned title agent serving the Austin and San Antonio Region.
