County Clerk To Open New Office In Dripping Springs Precinct 4 Building

“I’ve been trying to bring services to the northwestern part of the county for some time, and we are all thrilled that it is finally happening.”

Hays County Courthouse, San Marcos, TX – The Hays County Clerk’s Office will celebrate the grand opening of its new Dripping Springs satellite office on Wednesday, May 17 at 9 a.m., with a ribbon-cutting.

The public is invited to enjoy refreshments afterward.

“I’ve been trying to bring services to the northwestern part of the county for some time, and we are all thrilled that it is finally happening,” County Clerk Liz Q. Gonzalez said. “Our satellite office in Kyle is very busy, in part because customers in the Dripping Springs area find it more convenient to drive to Kyle than San Marcos. This will be a convenience to the growing population in the area.”

All services will be available at the new office except for issuing on-site printed copies of plat maps, although scanned copies of the maps can be emailed to requestors.

Payment for services must be by credit or debit cards – no other forms of payment are accepted.  The Dripping Springs office will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays-Fridays at the Precinct 4 building, 195 Roger Hanks Parkway.

The County Clerk’s offices in San Marcos and Kyle will be closed Wednesday morning and will open at 1 p.m. For additional information from the Hays County Clerk’s office (512) 393-7738 or web page https://www.co.hays.tx.us/county-clerk.aspx .
