Hays County Courthouse, San Marcos, TX – The County Clerk’s Office at the Hays County Government Center is now open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesdays to serve residents who need any of the services handled by the Clerk’s Office. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on other weekdays.

“We wanted to make it more convenient for people who typically work 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to use our services,” Hays County Clerk Liz Gonzalez said. “As our county has grown, we’ve tried to implement services that will make it easier for residents to do business with us.”
