CTDRC Signs Agreement With Caldwell County

Martha Joyce, Director, Central Texas Dispute Resolution Center and Caldwell County Judge Hoppy Haden sign the Caldwell County Central Texas Dispute Resolution Agreement.

CTDRC is a Texas nonprofit serving Central Texas, with the principal purpose of providing the citizens of the county and surrounding counties with access to affordable, quality, effective, alternative dispute resolution services, including mediation, negotiation, facilitation and conciliation.

The CTDRC also provides the citizens of the county and surrounding counties with education and training regarding alternative dispute resolution services.

Caldwell County finds significant public benefit in providing a more-peaceable atmosphere in the community, relieving crowded court dockets, reducing the costs of litigation and saving the county’s tax-payers money.
