WHERE: Embassy Suites, 1001 E. McCarty Lane in San Marcos, Texas
WHEN: Tuesday, April 12, 2016 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Make plans to attend Hays County’s oldest and largest health fair. The 30th annual CREATION HealthCheck event will feature more than 60 health-related exhibitors who will provide information, and more than 20 of them will offer free health screenings on site. The booths offering free screenings will be marked with a red balloon.
Those who had their blood drawn prior to the event will have the chance to review their results with a clinical provider at the event.
