The show will conclude with a closing reception honoring the students from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., Thurs., March 30. The event is free, open to the public.
The show features a wide variety of works from watercolor to graphic design pieces.
“We are rotating new art throughout the Center regularly now, but to have the works of San Marcos students brings a whole new element of fun and creativity that we haven’t hosted before,” said Clay DeStefano, executive director of the Price Center.
In addition to ongoing displays of quilts and porcelain arts created by clubs at the Center, a rotating community art gallery has been operating since the summer of 2016.
The Center is always seeking new talent to display and promote.
Alongside the public galleries, the Price center also offers a variety of unique venues and spaces available to rent out for meetings, banquets, and anything in between.
The Price Center is operated by the Greater San Marcos Area Seniors Association (GSMASA), a 501 (c) 3 non-profit.
