Special Meeting Agenda Saturday, May 19 at 5 PM

According the the districts website, the Dripping Springs ISD Trustees convene for regular board meetings at 6:00 p.m. on the fourth Monday of each month in the Central Administration Building Boardroom, located at 510 W. Mercer St. A majority of the Board (four members) constitutes a quorum. A quorum must be present to conduct business or take action.

On the third Monday of each month the trustees hold an agenda review meeting at 6:00 p.m. These meetings are designed for Board Members to interact with the administration and conduct detailed discussion of the items that are on the agenda for the upcoming regular meeting, granting Board Members time to consider any actions they will take at the regular meeting.

Community members who are interested in a specific board agenda item may consider attending the agenda review meeting where the detailed discussion will be held. Public input and action, however, are only taken at the regular meeting.

Regular meetings may be rescheduled or relocated. Additional special meetings may be called. Agendas are posted 72 hours prior to a meeting and at least two hours before an emergency meeting.

The agendas are posted on the district’s website and at the DSISD Central Administration Building.
