Farmer Fred’s Garden Spring Carnival Returns Just In Time For Easter 2019

The City of San Marcos Parks and Recreation Department invites the community to participate the family-friendly Farmer Fred’s Garden Spring Carnival on Thursday, April 18, held from 6 to 9 PM at City Park, 170 Charles Austin Drive.

The event will feature carnival games, a variety of activities and the highly anticipated egg hunt. Children can take pictures with the Easter Bunny for $3, along with train rides and concessions for a small price.

The egg hunt will be held at City Park and is divided into the following age groups:

  • 1-3 years old – 6:15 PM
  • 4-5 years old – 6:45 PM
  • 6-9 years old – 7:15 PM
  • 10-12 years old – 7:45 PM

This beloved community tradition is free to the public thanks to the support of generous sponsors and volunteers, including Chuck Nash Auto Group, The Connection Church San Marcos, Sonic, Advanced Imaging San Marcos, Greater Texas Federal Credit Union, IBC Bank, Evo Entertainment Group, Arctic Chill Shaved Ice, Jordan Motorcars, Victory Cleaners Inc., and Tap Room.
