Austin, TX – CBRE announces that Flintco, LLC has signed a lease for a larger office in Austin to accommodate its rapid growth. Flintco has signed a lease for 14,373-square-feet at The Overlook at Barton Creek located at 317 Grace Lane and will vacate their single tenant building in Walnut Creek in northeast Austin.

Nate Stricklen and Erin Morales with CBRE in Austin represented Flintco. Patrick Ley with ECR represented the landlord.

Flintco is a commercial contracting firm, founded in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1908, with eight offices. The company has maintained an Austin office since 2004 delivering construction for owners including the University of Texas, City of Austin and private developers.

“Flintco continues to experience rapid growth in their Austin office, which includes relocations by some members of the executive team,” said Erin Morales, Senior Vice President at CBRE in Austin. “With this office move, Flintco is able to design a space that sustains future growth.”

“We are very fortunate to have captured a significant amount of work in Austin,” said Kirk D. Benken, Vice President/Area Manager at Flintco. “We are excited to be able to offer our employees a new, larger location with more amenities as we continue to expand our presence in Central Texas.”

The Overlook at Barton Creek offers amenities such as private balconies, Hill Country views and proximity to local retail and restaurants.
