Every year the Friends of the Library hold two book sales – one in fall and one in the spring. Each book sale results in $3,000 to $4,000 that the Friends of the Library can use to support the community in important ways.

The funds from these book sales are used in a variety of ways – from supporting the library in their book and ebook collections; promoting special events such as the Summer Reading Program and the GED program; purchasing furniture and equipment; and covering special expenses when they arise.
