Hays CISD conducting Satisfaction Survey

Kevin Baxter | Staff Reporter

Hays CISD is conducting an annual survey to judge the general satisfaction of the district’s families and community.

HCISD Superintendent Dr. Eric Wright explained why the survey would be beneficial for parents to participate in a Facebook post.

“Your feedback will help us determine if we are meeting our strategic goals and assist the district and schools during the planning process for the upcoming school year,” wrote Wright.

The post reassured that the survey answers will not be tied back to any individual.

“The survey will be managed by K12 Insight, an independent communication and technology company. That company will be responsible for collecting the data, and providing an analysis of the results,” stated the post. “K12 Insight will provide the district leadership and the Board of Directors with a summary report of the findings. The district will share the results with you as well as provide an explanation of our next steps to take.”

The survey can be found here and only takes a few minutes to complete. It is available in both English and Spanish until April 25. If you have additional questions about the survey, please email West@k12insight.com.
