COMMISSIONERS COURT OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS

This Notice is posted pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act. (VERNONS TEXAS CODES ANN. GOV. CODE CH.551). The Hays County Commissioners Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of May, 2016, in the Hays County Courthouse, Room 301, San Marcos, Texas. An Open Meeting will be held

concerning the following subjects:

CALL TO ORDER INVOCATION

7	18-65	Approve specifications for RFP 2016-P10 Consultant for Group Benefit Plan and authorize Purchasing to solicit for proposal and advertise. INGALSBE/MAIORKA/BAEN
8	66-70	Authorize the County Judge to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for additional funding through the U.S. Marshals Service for Sheriff’s Office overtime reimbursements and amend the budget accordingly. COBB/CUTLER
9	71	Amend the Juvenile Probation Office operating budget for additional travel funds related to the Special Needs Diversionary Program. COBB/WILLIAMS

21	107-113	Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Judge to execute an Assessment and Collection Agreement between Hays County and the Crosswinds Municipal Utility District, related to the assessment and collection of property taxes under Chapter 6 of the Property Tax Code. EXECUTIVE SESSIONS The Commissioners Court will announce it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from Legal Counsel to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation, and personnel matters as specifically listed on this agenda. The Commissioners Court may also announce it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, to receive advice from Legal Counsel regarding any other item on this agenda.
