The victim was able to provide descriptions of the suspect and the vehicle used and stated that the suspect fled East on Ranch Rd. 12 toward San Marcos.
A short time later, a deputy observed a vehicle matching the description provided by the victim, and a traffic stop was conducted.
The driver, Hector Miranda was identified as the suspect and later confessed to the robbery.
During the investigation, evidence was collected, and Miranda was arrested and booked into the Hays County Jail for Robbery, a second-degree felony. A bond has been set at $25,000.

Was reading the story about the sewer spill into the san marcos river. The pump station on river road (about 2115) also dumped raw sewer into the Blanco river.
