Hays County Food Bank Participates In Amplify Austin Day

Amplify Austin Day is Central Texas’ largest 24-hour period of giving throughout the year.

Hundreds of local nonprofits reap the benefits as donors are encouraged to give during a specified time.

Donations made during this 24-hour period of giving have the opportunity to be amplified through matching gifts and challenges, hourly prize incentives, and through the I Live Here I Give Here Amplify Fund, which is distributed to all participating nonprofits.

Tito’s Handmade Vodka is once again working with I Live Here I Give Here to spread love and goodness throughout Central Texas.

Tito’s will add an extra $5 to a donor’s gift when they enter #LoveTitos at check out. Tito’s will help maximize donations up to $10,000.

#LoveTitos donations made on AmplifyATX.org as early as 1/21/2020 will qualify for the match.

The Shield-Ayres Foundation has also offered a $10,000 matching grant to be distributed among Basic Needs nonprofit organizations on Amplify Austin Day.

Each nonprofit will receive matching funds pro-rata based on their total funds raised on Amplify Austin Day.

Hays County Food Bank is looking for support this Amplify Austin Day and hopes the community will pledge to give.
