Monday, February 17, is a County holiday to observe Presidents Day, and all Hays County offices will be closed, including the San Marcos Municipal Court which is located at the Hays County Government Center.
County parks will be open their regular hours on February 17.

Texas Disposal Systems will operate its usual Monday trash and recycling collection routes.
Offices will open at usual times on Tuesday, Feb. 18.
