Hays County Offices To Be Closed Monday

Columbus Day is a national holiday in many countries of the Americas and elsewhere which officially celebrates the anniversary of Christopher Columbus’s arrival in the Americas on October 12, 1492. ~ Wikipedia


Hays County Courthouse, San Marcos, TX – Hays County offices will be closed Monday, October 8, to observe Columbus Day. Offices will reopen at their regular times on Tuesday, October 9. Commissioners Court will NOT be held Tuesday, October 9.

The next scheduled Commissioners Court meeting is October 16 at  its usual time and place, 9 a.m. at the Hays County Courthouse, 111 E. San Antonio St., San Marcos. The public is cordially invited to attend or watch live online/archive.
