Hays County Recycling & Solid Waste Transfer Stations (located in Driftwood and Wimberley) will be closed both days. Their regular hours are Tuesdays through Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. For information about accepted items visit http://www.co.hays.tx.us/recycling-solid-waste-1.aspx.
Hays County parks – Jacob’s Well Natural Area and Five Mile Dam – will be open regular hours both days. Additional information about County parks can be found at http://www.co.hays.tx.us/parks-department.aspx and Jacob’s Well has its own Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/JacobsWellOfficial.
