On Monday, May 4, 2020, the Hays County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a burglary of a motor vehicle at the Poco Loco located at 2656 Windy Hill Road, Kyle, Texas.
“A Hispanic couple is seen exiting a white Dodge four-door pickup and burglarizing a delivery van,” according to the department.
