He is a Hays County Transportation employee and was last seen leaving his workplace in San Marcos Thursday at 3:45 PM driving a Hays County vehicle described as a 2009 Chevrolet Colorado pickup with Texas exempt plate 1043394.
According to officials, the vehicle was located by 5:30 AM in the Walmart Parking lot in Lockhart, Texas. However, authorities are still looking for Pendergrass.
Pendergrass may be in the Lockhart area. If residents see Pendergrass, officials are asking they call 9-1-1, and report his location to dispatch.
