Corridor Staff

The Hays Caldwell Women’s Center’s annual silent auction is open for bidding.

The theme for 2020 is Mask-erade and will include a one-hour Livestream on Thursday, July 16, at 6 PM.

Admission is FREE, but participants must register to bid at www.bidpal.net/HCWC.

The silent auction features a variety of items and gift certificates donated by local businesses and supporters.

The Golden Ticket raffle winner will have their choice of Live Auction items on the night of the event.

Last year, HCWC provided face to face services to 2,307 local victims of assault and abuse and continued to see an increase in demand for services throughout the year.

HCWC said, “HCWC’s Annual Auction brings the community together, and we share with our supporters’ stories of hope and healing from the victims of abuse that we serve. This year things will look different, but the needs of the HCWC and local victims of abuse are greater than ever.”

The silent auction is made possible through the support of local and regional businesses and members of the community showing their support.

R.P. Construction is the headlining sponsor for 2020’s Silent Auction as the Hero Sponsor. Other sponsors include McCoy’s Building Supply, Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Tanger Outlets, and Pegasus Schools Incorporated, among many others.
