Perry Homes launched its Year-End Savings Event this month. The event will run through October 31 and will allow new homebuyers to utilize three unique savings options.

During the Year-End Savings Event, homebuyers can choose from nearly 100 newly constructed Perry Homes in several communities in the Austin area.

“At Perry Homes, we build beautiful, quality homes to meet the needs and style of any family,” said Chris Little, Perry Homes Austin City President. “Our vast selection of new home designs and personalized features allow our customers to find the home of their dreams, at their specific prince point. With historically low-interest rates and incredible savings incentives, now is the time to buy with Perry Homes.”

Perry Homes recently purchased lots in La Cima – San Marcos’s master community. The builder is expected to begin constructing its first houses in November.

Wilshire Homes, now Coventry Homes, announced its expansion in the La Cima development in March 2020.

Located along the Interstate 35 corridor five minutes west of San Marcos, La Cima offers residents abundant amenities, including a splash pad and playscape that are now open and a recreation center, fitness room, eight-lane junior Olympic pool, a family pool, adult pool, and sports recreation fields slated to open next year.

The community’s Central Park encompasses more than 45 acres and the development boasts 800 acres of open space and parkland. Students attend schools within the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District.

Coventry Homes’ expansion was accompanied by the debut of seven new floor plans designed for the larger lots.

The community is also home to Fire Station Number 2. According to an update from San Marcos Fire Chief Les Stephen on Sept. 30, the station is getting close to completion.

The windows were in; the springer and landscaping were in the process of being installed. The road to the station is well underway, and the tile work is 99% complete with the cabinetry around 75% finished.

Stephens said the department is aiming for a grand-opening around mid to late December.

Perry Homes has partnered with lenders to provide new homebuyers with low-interest rates and first-class customer service throughout the entire financing process, leading to exceptional closing experience.

The event includes three incentives homebuyers can choose from if the home is purchased by Oct. 31 and closed by Dec. 31.
