  • Free Brush Drop Off for San Marcos residential garbage & recycling customers (please bring your utility bill). Enter at San Marcos Animal Shelter, 750 River Road, and follow the signs.  Held second Saturday of each month (weather permitting) from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
