Kyle Police Arrest Homicide Suspect

At approximately 11:50 p.m. on Saturday, September 22, the Kyle Police Department was summoned to the 1200 block of Kirby Lane in reference to an aggravated assault.

Kyle, TX – Kyle Police are reporting that a suspect in a homicide who fled the scene on foot was arrested and is in custody.

At approximately 11:50 p.m. on Saturday, September 22, the Kyle Police Department was summoned to the 1200 block of Kirby Lane in reference to an aggravated assault.

Upon arrival, police and other emergency responders discovered a deceased male and a severely injured female, both adults.

Witnesses reported that the suspect, who is another adult male relative residing in the residence, had stabbed the others and fled the area on foot. Officers located and arrested the suspect a few blocks away from the scene.

He has been charged with Murder, Aggravated Assault With Deadly Weapon F/V, Tampering With Physical Evidence, and Evading Arrest.
