Kyle Sees Rent Growth Of 1% In July 2020

The Texas one-bedroom median rent was $955 last month.The Most Expensive

–Austin was the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,270.

–Cedar Park rent grew 2.7% to $1,160 and ranked as the second priciest.

–Georgetown was third with rent at $1,150.

The Least Expensive

–San Marcos ranked as the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $890.

–Round Rock was second with rent at $1,040.

–Kyle saw rent grow 1% to $1,060 and rank as the third least expensive.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)

– Cedar Park had the fastest-growing rent, up 7.4% since this time last year.

– Austin saw rent climb 5.8%, making it second.

– Georgetown was third with rent increasing 5.5%.

The Fastest Growing (M/M%)

–Leander was the fastest growing city relative to last month, with an increase of 3.8%.

–Cedar Park ranked as second, with rent growing 2.7%.

–Austin was third with rent climbing 1.6%.
