Even though I do not frequent the river, I want to applaud the Heritage Association of San Marcos for stepping up with their support of maintaining Cape’s Dam.

Thank you Heritage Association for your diligence in keeping our historic Cape’s Dam. I appreciate the work you do for our community.

I hope that our City Council decides to look at all the facts and extensive research that Mr. Olson has completed and agree to support keeping Cape’s Dam/Mill Run. I personally support keeping our historic Cape’s Dam.

Also I would like to thank the Hays County Historical Commission for backing the keeping of Cape’s Dam/Mill Run. 

Thanks also goes to the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce for its support in keeping Cape”s Dam/Mill Run.
