A neighborhood presentation meeting to discuss the Lindsey Hill Preferred Scenario Amendment Application is scheduled for Monday, July 23 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. at the Price Center, 222 W. San Antonio Street.

This meeting was previously scheduled to be held in the Planning Department Office at 630 E. Hopkins Street and was moved in order to accommodate all interested attendees.

A Preferred Scenario Map Amendment Application from “Area of Stability – Existing Neighborhood” to “Growth Area – High Intensity” has been submitted for approximately 4.8 acres located at 500 W Hutchison Street.

The San Marcos Development Code requires the applicant to schedule a neighborhood presentation meeting for Preferred Scenario Map Amendments.

The purpose of a neighborhood presentation meeting is to begin the discussion about a development proposal.  It is facilitated by the applicant and is not a forum for final decisions or the acceptance of formal comments concerning public support or opposition.

People wishing to track the case can create an account at www.mygovernmentonline.org  and search for the case number PSA-18-04.

For more information on this PSA amendment application, or other matters related to development, contact Planning and Development Services at PlanningInfo@sanmarcostx.gov or 512.393.8230.
