Live Oak Health Welcomes New Primary Care Physician

SAN MARCOS, TEXAS – Live Oak Health Partners Primary Care add physician Connie Pham, DO to its team. She joins a practice of nearly 20 primary and specialty care physicians and nurse practitioners working together to serve Hays County.

“I am excited for this new opportunity,” said Pham. “I look forward to growing with Live Oak Health Partners and building lifelong relationship with my patients.”

Pham brings a broad range of experience from all over the country to the practice. A native of the Orlando area, she earned her Bachelors Degree in anthropology from the University of Florida before pursuing her Masters Degree in molecular medicine at the University of South Florida. Pham continued her education in Florida becoming a Doctor of Osteopathy at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton.

Most recently, Pham was in the New York area at a family medical practice on Long Island after doing her internship and residency at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra and Northwell at Plainview Hospital respectively.

“Our goal is to provide the best care possible for the people of Hays County,” said Brent Hastings, Live Oak Health Partners Administrator. “The addition of a dedicated family physician like Dr. Pham reinforces that goal and allows us to better serve our growing population.”
