Lockhart police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred early this morning at a convenience store in the 1300 block of South Colorado Street.
According to the store clerk, a male described as having an athletic build wearing a mask struck the clerk on the head with a gun and stole an undetermined amount of money at approximately 12:30 AM. No further details about the suspect were provided to police.
The store clerk refused medical attention.
