Main Street Program to Host Cottage Kitchen Friday

The Main Street Advisory Board will host a Cottage Kitchen luncheon on Friday, Jan. 22, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Charles S. Cock House Museum, located at 400 E. Hopkins St.

The chicken and dumplings lunch will feature the famous Main Street biscuits, salad, tea and your choice of homemade dessert.

The Cottage Kitchen luncheons have drawn people to the historic house on the river for over 40 years. Cost for the meal is $8 and can be paid with cash or local check. All proceeds benefit the Heritage Association of San Marcos.
