Majestic To Break Ground On 40-Acre Development Project

The project will aid in attracting new industrial warehouse, manufacturing and distribution tenants to the Greater San Marcos Region.

Majestic Realty Co. will hold a groundbreaking event on Tuesday, December 11, 2:00 PM to celebrate the construction of a 40-acre, two-building, 535,113 square foot speculative development project in Kyle, Texas.

The project will aid in attracting new industrial warehouse, manufacturing and distribution tenants to the Greater San Marcos Region.

Speakers will include Kyle Mayor Travis Mitchell; Kyle City Manager Scott Sellers; Diana Torres, Director of Kyle Economic Development; Adriana Cruz, President of the Greater San Marcos Partnership; Jim Fonteno, Vice President of International Development at Majestic Realty.

The company was founded in 1948 by Edward P. Roski, Sr. and is the largest, privately-held developer and owner of master-planned business parks in the United States.
